1. Operator
This store is operated by SealCraft Store. Throughout these Terms, “SealCraft,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of the store. Questions about these Terms may be sent to [email protected].
2. What We Sell
SealCraft sells digital in-game cosmetic permissions for the SealCraft Minecraft Java server. These purchases allow eligible players to access commands or permissions that change the color of their Minecraft username.
• Individual season-long colors
• Individual permanent colors
• A permanent all-colors option
Available colors currently include red, gold, yellow, dark green, light green, light aqua, dark aqua, dark blue, blue, purple, white, gray, and dark gray. All items sold through the store are digital items or permissions for use on the SealCraft Minecraft Java server only.
3. Account-Bound Purchases
All purchases are tied to the Minecraft username entered at checkout. Purchases are non-transferable, non-shareable, not redeemable for cash, and may not be resold, traded, or assigned to another person or account. Players are not permitted to sell accounts containing purchased store benefits.
4. Delivery of Digital Items
After a successful purchase, the store uses server-side tools and plugins to grant the applicable permission to the player’s account when the player is seen online. Delivery may not always be instant and may depend on the player logging into the server or being recognized by the server systems. By purchasing, you understand and accept that digital delivery depends on correct account information being provided.
5. Username Accuracy
You are responsible for entering the correct Minecraft username at checkout. If you enter the wrong username or make a typo, you must contact support at [email protected]. We may, at our discretion, help correct the order and apply the permission to the intended account if reasonably possible. We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect information submitted by the buyer, but we will make reasonable efforts to assist.
6. Season-Long and Permanent Items
Some products are sold as season-long items. Season-long items remain active until the next Survival Reset, after which they are removed from the player’s account.
Other products are sold as permanent items. Permanent items are intended to remain on the player’s account indefinitely, subject to these Terms, including enforcement actions, fraud prevention, chargeback handling, technical limitations, product changes, or server closure.
7. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed through the store at the time of purchase. Available currencies, if any, are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party providers, including PayPal and Stripe. We do not directly store your payment card information. By submitting a purchase, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the billing information submitted is accurate.
8. All Sales Final
All purchases are final. Because the store sells digital items and digital permissions that may be delivered immediately or shortly after purchase, all sales are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. This includes change of mind, accidental purchases, failure to read product descriptions, account issues caused by the purchaser, and suspension or ban resulting from violation of server rules.
9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If a payment is reversed, disputed, charged back, or identified as fraudulent, we reserve the right to revoke, suspend, or remove the related permissions or items from the player’s account immediately. We also reserve the right to suspend access to the store or the server for accounts associated with chargebacks, payment abuse, or fraud.
10. Server Rules and Enforcement
Use of purchased items is subject to the server’s in-game rules and community rules, including rules communicated through the server and official Discord community. If a player violates server rules, we reserve the right to suspend or ban the player, remove purchased permissions or items, or limit or terminate access to the store or server. A ban, suspension, or removal based on rule violations does not entitle the player to a refund.
11. No Affiliation with Mojang or Microsoft
SealCraft is an independent Minecraft server and online store. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Mojang Studios or Microsoft. “Minecraft,” “Mojang,” and related names are trademarks of their respective owners.
12. Changes to Products and Services
We reserve the right at any time to modify, rebalance, replace, or discontinue products; change permissions, product structures, or available colors; update store features, delivery methods, or availability; and suspend or discontinue operation of the server or store. We are not liable for changes made in good faith to maintain balance, fairness, technical compatibility, or server operation.
13. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the store for unlawful purposes, impersonate another person or submit false purchase information, attempt fraud or payment abuse, interfere with store operations or server systems, exploit errors or bugs for unfair gain, or resell, transfer, or share store purchases in violation of these Terms.
14. Disclaimer
The store and all digital items are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the store will always be available, delivery will always be immediate, the server will remain online indefinitely, any product will remain unchanged forever, or the store will be free from interruptions, errors, or third-party service outages.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SealCraft and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to use of the store, inability to access the store or server, revoked or lost permissions, payment processor outages, account entry mistakes by the buyer, or server downtime, resets, or enforcement actions. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific purchase giving rise to the claim.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the store shall be brought in the appropriate courts located in South Carolina, United States, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the store with a revised effective date. Continued use of the store after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
